The instructors are experienced in teaching Organizational and Personal Process Maturity. They are trained in the concepts, principles, and practices of Franklin Quest Time Management and the book "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" by Dr. Stephen R. Covey.

Description

Personal Process Maturity (PPM) is defined as "the ability to execute pre-planned, prioritized activities that are aligned with personal and organizational roles and responsibilities." The Personal Process Maturity for Individuals workshop is designed to teach participants the concepts, principles, and practices necessary to accomplish the important things in the face of increasing workload and decreasing resources.

The workshop covers the following topics:
• The attitudes and skills necessary to accomplish the important things first
• How to move from process definition to process enactment
• The PPM continuum
• How to incrementally move up the continuum
• Specific skills / tools to act process mature in a non-conducive environment
• The attendees participate in structured exercises to solidify workshop concepts

At the Conclusion...
The participants should:
Understand their individual roles and responsibilities in support of Organizational goals and objectives
Understand how to identify, prioritize, and balance those activities that support the roles and responsibilities
Understand a simple spreadsheet to manage their roles, responsibilities, and associated activities
Have some practical skills to manage overload in an atmosphere that is not conducive to PPM
